Reservation Policies of Our Mt. Rainier Resort at Mounthaven

Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and a deposit may be required.
A three night reservation is required from June through September and on weekends and holidays. There may be exceptions please call for availability.
All reservations require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, to be paid at time of booking.
We try our best to provide quality accommodations and to keep all amenities in top condition. Mounthaven Resort is not responsible for inconveniences of which we have no control. Adverse road or weather conditions, power outages, internet failure, or failure of appliances such as fireplaces or hot tubs do not warrant a refund.
Refunds will not be offered for early departures from our Mt. Rainier resort.
Campfires must be contained inside of designated fire pits and must adhere to local burn bans. Camp fire pits may not be moved.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Mounthaven cabins, RV sites, and property are for registered guests only.
Providing your credit card information to Mounthaven Resort guarantee’s your reservation and is your receipt of agreeing to Mounthaven Resort’s terms and conditions.

All reservations require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, to be paid at booking.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice shall be responsible for full payment.
Cancellations during Holiday weeks with less than 30 days notice shall be responsible for the full amount of booking.
No-shows shall be charged in full.

Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving outside of normal check in time. Check-out is by 11 am.
Children are welcome at Mounthaven Resort.
There is no additional charge for children ages 2 and under, however they do count towards cabin occupancy.
Occupancy numbers are listed for each cabin. The number shown is the maximum number of people allowed in the cabin, including children. Sorry, you are not able to have additional guests sleep on the floor, even if they are children.
Cabins are to be left in good repair upon check out. Guests are expected to wash their dishes and pick up after themselves!! Thank you! Non-compliance will result in additional cleaning charges.
Cooking in or on your wood stove or fireplace is strictly prohibited!
Cooking is not allowed inside of the Willow camping cabins.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am and are enforced.
Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. Ashtrays are available on porches.
Non-compliance will result in eviction and/or charge.
Pets are not allowed in Cabins, Small Pets may be allowed by exception with additional fee. Please call for details.
Guests are financially responsible for any cleaning charges, damaged, or missing items provided with the cabin.
Tents are not allowed in yards of cabins.

Campground arrivals will not be allowed to check in after 9 pm. Out of respect for our other guests, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Please respect your neighbors space as our boundaries are not clearly marked.
Dogs are allowed with an additional charge of $3 per night.
Dogs must be leashed at all times and picked up after.
Out of respect for other guests, dogs prone to barking are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the facilities building.
Only one unit allowed per site – this includes tents!
